Uncompromising when it comes to the word of God, she is passionate to help believers live an abundant life. From youth to money and everything in between, she pours her heart into God's word seeking treasures to share with others. Dr. Haynes is a compassionate relationship builder and communicator skilled in meeting spiritual needs through education, counseling and motivation. She believes true learning and transformation is not head to head but heart to heart.

Dr. Haynes is the Academic Operations Officer, Theology and Christian Education Professor, Youth Coordinator, lead Chaplain as well as the Author of "Family Worship: Reaching All Who Attend", "Financial Wisdom For Financial Freedom", and "Not Just Paper". She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in the same subject from the University of Miami (FL). She has a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts and Ph. D in Theology from Life Christian University (Tampa, FL). Most recently she received a Christian Counseling degree from Grace & Truth Christian University.
